With workplace violence a growing epidemic in healthcare — 75% of all incidents of workplace assault occur in a healthcare setting — Jefferson Health and Geisinger Health knew they needed to take action to protect staff.

The two organizations are jointly deploying Commure Strongline, Commure’s staff safety application, to all of their clinical facilities and their entire patient-facing workforce to enhance protection for their staff. Commure Strongline uses Bluetooth technology combined with a discreet badge that instantly identifies the location of any individual who triggers the alarm.
