Since 2018, Dr. Murray has served as Chief Medical Officer of Carondelet Medical Group in Tucson, Arizona, where he continues to maintain an active clinical practice. Louis Potters, MD, FASTRO, FABS, FACR, is an internationally renowned expert in prostate cancer treatment and a pioneer in radiation oncology. He serves as Senior Vice President and Deputy Physician-in-Chief of the Northwell Cancer Institute and chairs its Department of Radiation Medicine. Over his 32-year clinical career, Dr. Potters has treated thousands of prostate cancer patients and advanced the field through clinical innovation, research, and policy leadership. As a key architect of national cancer treatment guidelines and advisor to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, he has shaped modern standards for radiation oncology safety and quality. He has also served on the Commission on Cancer executive committee, National Quality Forum panels, and multiple Health and Human Services committees, influencing healthcare quality and policy at the national level.
A senior editor of Practical Radiation Oncology and editorial board member for Oncology and Brachytherapy, Dr. Potters has published more than 200 peer-reviewed papers that have advanced prostate cancer care and quality assurance. His “Smarter Radiation Oncology” program has earned international recognition for elevating standards in patient experience, safety, and outcomes. Under his leadership, Northwell’s Department of Radiation Medicine has become one of the nation’s largest and most innovative programs, uniting clinical excellence, research, and education. A member of Alpha Omega Alpha and a perennial Castle Connolly “Best Doctor” featured in New York Magazine and The New York Times, Dr. Potters continues to drive innovation in personalized, high-quality cancer care.

Dr. Laura Cooley is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Patient Experience and Co-Editor of the book Communication Rx: Transforming Healthcare through Relationship-Centered Communication. Formerly education lead for The Academy of Communication in Healthcare, she is an internationally recognized expert in relationship-centered communication and patient experience. Dr. Cooley advises healthcare systems and academic institutions on integrating humanistic care with emerging technologies. A frequent keynote speaker and educator, she holds a PhD in Health Communication and is dedicated to advancing patient, family, and clinician outcomes through evidence-based communication and relationship practices.

Dhruv Parthasarathy
Dhruv Parthasarathy has spent the last 8 years focused on applying modern software and machine learning techniques in healthcare. Dhruv currently serves as the CTO of Commure, HATCO, and Augmedix. In the role of CTO, he leads product, engineering, and design teams. Prior to this, Dhruv helped found Athelas which eventually merged with Commure.In these roles, Dhruv has designed and developed end-to-end solutions for revenue cycleautomation, ambient documentation, patient engagement, and at-home diagnostics foroncology.Before this, Dhruv was the Director of Machine Learning Programs at Udacity, where he led the development of the AI, Self-Driving Car, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning Nanodegree programs. Dhruv also worked as a Product Engineer at Udacity, where he rebuilt the main signed-in experience and was responsible for the backend development. Dhruv obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence at MIT from 2013 to 2014.
